 Sinopec Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-based Sinopec Chemicals Private Limited, located at No. 1 Shugang Road, Taixing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province.      Established on December 30, 1995, the company covers an area of over 4,500 acres with a registered capital of US$751.9 million. After multiple expansions and developments, it now operates an annual production capacity of 750,000 tons of ion-membrane caustic soda, 900,000 tons of vinyl chloride, 320,000 tons of styrene, 650,000 tons of ethylene and 120,000 tons of propylene cracking unit, 310,000 tons of high-performance styrene polymers, and a self-owned thermal power plant.      The company possesses world-class production processes and equipment, along with a strategic geographical location. Leveraging the Golden Waterway of the Yangtze River, it is equipped with three berths capable of directly accommodating foreign vessels: one 10,000-ton liquid chemical berth, one 50,000-ton liquid chemical berth, and one 50,000-ton general-purpose bulk cargo berth.      Its main products include caustic soda, liquid chlorine, hydrogen, vinyl chloride, dichloroethane, styrene, ethylene, propylene, ABS, MS, HIPS, GPPS, etc., widely used in petrochemicals, textiles, papermaking, consumer goods, plastic products, rubber products, dyes, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, automotive, building materials, home furnishings, electrical appliances, and protective equipment.      Sinopec Chemical currently operates one 20,000 m3 low-temperature ethylene tank, one 30,000 m3 low-temperature ethylene tank, one 120,000 m3 low-temperature ethane tank, three 120,000 m3 low-temperature propane tanks, and one 120,000 m3 low-temperature ethane/propane tank.
